Refund policy

At BL Aesthetics, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and haircare products can only be returned if:

  • Product is damaged upon delivery

  • Wrong item was delivered

  • Product seal is intact and unused

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.

Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • COD refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
